Is Philly a Contender?
Taking a quick look at the 76ers you see three All-stars, a borderline All-star and an elite 3-and-D player. This team looks like they could take down anybody and get to the chip, but are they really that good? Let's break down the 2019-2020 Philadelphia 76ers.

2001-2003 New Jersey Nets
I was recently watching some of the old NBA finals games and I came across this gem. The New Jersey Nets. The Nets went to finals for two straight years, and although they failed both times to capture the title, they were a great team and an exciting one to watch too.

What is Going on in Portland?
At first glance, when you see the Portland Trail Blazers, you think of a great Western Conference team led by a superstar, Damian Lillard and another all-star calibre player in CJ McCollum. This is the team that went to the Western Conference Finals last year and have consistently made the playoffs the past decade. But right now, at the All-star break, they sit with a losing record. What is going on?

Is VAR Ruining Football?
With injuries, a potential send-off and disallowing of two goals, this game was a nightmare for the Blues. This was a tough controversial match called by referee Anthony Taylor, who has had his name mentioned in many controversial calls.

2019-2020 Utah Jazz in ReviewTop Story - December 2019
We are nearing the end of 2019 and the Utah Jazz are currently sitting at 20-12, good for 6th place in the West. Honestly, this year has not been what I had expected for the Jazz. Lots of ups and downs with the team, but in general, I am satisfied and believe that if the Jazz can keep it up, they have a shot of making the Western Conference Finals. Let's take a look at what this year has been like.

Greatest Game Ever?
I don't know if you guys have ever played KOTOR, but this game by far out-shines any game I have ever played. This game lets you make choices that determine the story, and there are endless possibilities. Even though this game came out ages ago, it still beats most games made today. BioWare is an absolute genius at making video games. They made KOTOR, Dragon Age and Mass Effect. I absolutely love all of these games, but it all started with KOTOR for me. I remember getting an original Xbox for my seventh birthday, and the first game I got was KOTOR. Being a seven-year old, this game was frustratingly difficult because my tiny little mind couldn't comprehend how customizable it was. But I loved Star Wars, so I kept playing and playing, and as time went on, I got the hang of it. And to this day, I've replayed and beaten that game over a dozen times.

The Anthem
Kneeling during the "National Anthem." Now this is one of the most controversial topics widespread across our country today. It all started back when 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick decided he wasn't going to stand for the anthem to protest civil injustice and it quickly spread across the NFL. So much of politics, economics, and society has been influenced by this movement. Now I'm not here to tell you why you should stand for the anthem. Nor am I here to tell you why you should kneel. But I'm here to voice my opinion on what you should do. And it is simply put like this, do what you feel is right, and allow others to do the same. Honestly, if everyone did this, there wouldn't be so much hate.

We Can't Judge
Judging by Appearance We, as people, so often judge others. We look at people at work, at school, walking down the street, and just by their appearance, we judge who they are. If someone is wearing a certain style of clothing, or is listening to a certain genre of music, we automatically assume that they are a certain type of person. And you know, sometimes you're right, but more often than not, you're gonna be wrong. A lot of the time we avoid these types of people, because we assume they are bad people, or that their personality isn't a fit with ours—but in the end, we never know. We don't fully understand people, and we certainly never will if we only assume who they are by judgement of their appearance.

Phoenix Suns Future?
Last year around this time, after finishing with the worst record in the NBA, Devin Booker said publicly that he was "done with not making the playoffs." However, this year, the Suns are currently at 17-57... not really any different than they were last year. Question is, should D-Book be patient and stay? Or jump ship and leave?

Jordan vs. James
Before I dive into my article, I just wanna say that Michael Jordan has six rings. Now I know a lot of you Bron lovers will argue that that is Jordan's only argument, but that truly is the only argument you need. And I know that the next argument y'all will make is then in that case, Bill Russell is truly the GOAT. However, no one is making an argument about Bill. Everyone is making the argument Jordan vs. LeBron. So in the end, two players who seem level with each other, while one has six and the other is 3-6 in the Finals, I'm going with Jordan. The point of the game is to win. And Jordan has won more than James. But I know you guys will all freak out so I'm gonna make my argument here on why Jordan is better.
