Customer Service
When it comes to getting good customer service, it's important to understand that efforts should be made on your part. Just as providing good customer service requires effort and patience, getting good customer service requires effort and patience from the client. I understand some people may think a customer does not have to do anything to get a good service. Theoretically this is true, but in practice, it almost never happens.

Boy or Girl
The word "easy" has never been in my parenting vocabulary. Being a parent, in all situations and circumstances, is hard work. Parenting also brings satisfaction, happiness, fulfillment and a myriad of other joyful benefits too numerous to list. That being said, I must tell you truthfully, raising girls is easier than raising boys. I speak with no prejudice, for I have children of both sexes. For me, it was easier to raise daughters because I have a frame of reference. I was a daughter, a girl, a sister, and I understood firsthand what was going on in each stage of my daughters’ growing up years.

Traveling to Singapore
I recently traveled through Singapore on my way to a week in Indonesia. This wasn’t unusual — Singapore is one of the major hubs for air travel in Southeast Asia, along with Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok. I had a few different flight options and opted for one with a stop in Singapore so that I could have dinner and sightsee with my friend Margaret, who lives and works there. I also booked a hotel room through a web site she recommended. Traveling to Singapore is pretty easy for most people; here are a few things I learned before and after arrival, which may be helpful to first-time travelers from abroad.

Panic and Anxiety
Having panic and anxiety disorder is like being kept in a prison. Anxiety without panic is where a person may get nervous in certain situations, anxiety with panic is where the person becomes nervous, but also begins to feel an intense sense of fear.

Home Education
Deciding to homeschool is a tremendous decision. It is one that will impact your whole family. Homeschooling is not merely a matter of devoting seven hours, five days a week, with summers off to the education of your child. Homeschooling creates a 24/7 classroom.

Novel Motivation
If you are a new writer hoping to make a career, there’s no doubt that the Romance genre is your best chance to make money with your novels. It’s relatively easy to self-publish your work these days, but sales are often poor, and it’s difficult to persuade bookstores to stock your novel. To achieve good sales, you really need to get your book published by a large, mainstream publisher—and they are so inundated with manuscripts, they won’t even look at anything sent direct to them by a writer. They will only deal with agents—and it’s very hard for a new, unpublished writer to find an agent. So effectively, the doors of most publishers are closed to most newbie writers.

Best Sprinters
Through the years there have been many great Olympic sprinters, Olympic sprinting is one of the most exciting events in the Olympics because it is so explosive and fast! I’m going to touch on some Olympic sprinters, dating from the 1930s through the 1990s. I will be focused on male and female sprinters through Olympic history.

'Division 2:' Beta Impressions
This past weekend saw the private beta of Tom Clancy's Division 2, and there was a fair bit of content on offer. Between two main story missions, the Dark Zone, a handful of side missions, side activities, and random world events, we got a good taste of what the full release could have in store. In something of a counter to the Anthem beta and Anthem's marketing in general, the look we got at Division 2 even gave us some of the endgame.

Perfect Gifts for Beer Connoisseurs
Finding the perfect gift for a beer connoisseur may be easier than you think if you shop online. After searching literally hundreds of websites, I’ve come up with a top ten list for gift ideas, along with my personal recommendations. I put them in order from sweet-and-simple to the lavish and generous, though there should be ideas here for all tastes and price ranges.
