Hi Portugal
Monday madness melted away when I took the plan to Faro airport via Birmingham International Airport. Sometimes the London airports are cheaper to fly to, but Birmingham Airport is easier for me to get to cause there’s a direct train from Banbury to Birmingham International. Though I didn’t need to worry about train strikes cause I came here with my mum and stepdad. I was expecting delays, but there was none at all. That makes a change for once. I remember one of the flights to Amsterdam was delayed and one of the passengers had a panic attack.

Deleting Twitter, Goodreads and People.
I used to spend a lot of time on Twitter and Goodreads. Through after my break up, I didn’t want to be on those sites anymore. Twitter used to be a fun place where I would look for places to submit work for. I found a local writing group through Twitter and also found out about Vocal through Twitter.

My Trip to France was Amazing!
I returned back from Paris Monday night. It was awesome. It was great to be able to do what I wanted, spend my own money and not be surrounded by toxic people or people that put me down. I've been to France many times, and every visit has always been special.

McDos
McDonald’s always has a different menu depending on what region you’re in. And all the different names it has too. So if I say Maccies I mean UK McDonald’s and McDo is the French McDonalds. McDo feels a lot more fancy. When I hear people talk about McDonald’s here, they never call it McDonalds. I always hear them say McDo. McDonald’s in France probably gets a special mention in pop culture thanks to Vincent Vegas in Pulp Fiction. The first meal on my Paris trip was the McChevre (goats cheese) wrap, green tea and macaroons.

Therapy Reflections
I was referred to therapy services after ongoing bouts of anxiety and burnout. I think the worst stages of my anxiety were back when I was a child. I was bullied a lot at school, teachers thought I would have a limited future and would never cope at a mainstream school. I cried a lot and hated being last because it made me feel like a failure. Because of multiple problems, I avoided doing PE or any physical sports. Now I go to the gym five times a week and been slowly building a better mind and body for myself.

My Upcoming French Trip
I've visited France so many times, that I can't remember them all. But I always remember the architecture, the food, and the place where I tried alcohol for the first time. In May, I will go to Disneyland Paris for the fourth time. I remember going to a chocolate factory in France on a school trip. I don't remember the exact place, but I think it was up north somewhere. The last time I visited Paris was nearly 15 years ago. Last year I went to Lille and Strasbourg.
