A Look Back: The John Cena/Edge Rivalry (Part II: 2009)
When we last left these two legends, they had fought in a steel cage match to end their feud at that time. What has happened with Edge and John Cena since then? Well, Edge would be part of Rated RKO with Randy Orton, and hold the World Tag Team Championship twice, and 2007 would see him capture the Money in the Bank briefcase from Mr. Kennedy, and then cash in on The Undertaker to capture the World Heavyweight Championship. Edge would surrender the title due to injury, but after returning at Survivor Series, he would regain the title at Armageddon, and would spend 2008 in a big feud with The Undertaker, which saw Edge regain the title he lost to Taker at WrestleMania. Edge would add two more runs as WWE Champion after his feud with Taker ended.

On the August 18, 2023 episode of SmackDown, WWE Hall of Famer Edge was celebrated in his hometown of Toronto, as the evening marked the observed 25th anniversary of the beginning of his WWE career. I've seen a lot from Edge in his career, but I cannot help but basically obsess over what I consider his greatest rivalry: the one with John Cena. I had been planning to write about this for a long time, and during that time, the plan was to split this up into two parts, because I am very detailed and can pretty much describe this bit-by-bit. Plus, the stories differed in each half of this amazing feud.

In a quiet village nestled between rolling hills, lived a young woman named Elara. Her days were spent tending to the needs of the village, caring for the sick, and offering a helping hand wherever it was needed. Elara's unwavering selflessness had earned her the respect and admiration of everyone in the community.

The conflict between Russia and Ukraine, often referred to as the Russo-Ukrainian War, has its roots in a complex mix of historical, political, and cultural factors. Here's an overview of the causes and the developments up to my last update in September 2021:

Nitesh SajnaniPublished 8 months ago in UnbalancedSupporting women's sports
It takes a staggering two seconds of looking at my profile, to see that I love sports. Basically any sport, minus soccer, if it's on I'm watching it. Hockey will always be at the top of the mountain, again no surprise there. However something I've noticed throughout the years, which really shouldn't be the case. I'm weirdly in the minority of sports fans, as someone who loves male and female sports. If you don't appreciate the product fine, I get it. But if there's something I absolutely cannot stand, it's all the hate women's sports gets by "sports fans" because it's cool to hate. It's cool to spread negativity. Unfortunately the WNBA gets the absolute brunt of this negativity with WMMA not too far behind. I see so many people's fight prediction cards with "bathroom break" over the WMMA fights on the card. Whatever bud, do you I guess.

Once upon a time, in the heart of Lagos, lived a talented musician named Joshua Iniyezo, better known as Solidstar. From a young age, he had a passion for music that seemed to flow through his veins. His soulful voice and poignant lyrics touched the hearts of many, but little did the world know, behind his captivating performances lay a hidden secret.

In the heart of Ukraine, a small village stood as a testament to resilience and unity. For generations, its people had tilled the land, shared stories by the fire, and celebrated life's joys together. But as tension grew between Ukraine and Russia, their peaceful existence was threatened.
Donald AsuquoPublished 8 months ago in UnbalancedDerrick Lewis signs new contract with the UFC…
Derrick Lewis never actually left the UFC. His contract had expired, which is important to note because sometimes fighters in advantageous positions will use their leverage to negotiate. However, in this case, it was the UFC's decision to let his contract expire. This distinction is significant because it means that Lewis wasn't actively trying to use his status to his advantage or force anyone's hand. Looking ahead, Lewis has several potential options for his next fight. He could potentially face Francis Ngannou in a rematch, as well as explore opportunities in the PFL in 2024. At this point, it's difficult to speculate who his next opponent might be, as there are many factors to consider. However, when Lewis's name comes up, it carries weight and recognition in the MMA community. It's worth noting that the decision to let Lewis's contract expire was not a strategic move on his part, but rather a result of the UFC's decision-making process. This ensures that there is no confusion about his intentions or actions. The expiration of his contract was simply a part of the overall algorithm, so to speak, that the UFC follows when managing fighter contracts.

I just had to write about this. I had to. Other wrestling fans reading this know why. You've all heard about it. However, the main part of this story will be saved for later, I promise. Because of that, and everything else I've seen, I've come to a conclusion: Tony Khan is a big time enabler. The evidence is right in front of us, but first, an introduction.
Clyde E. DawkinsPublished 9 months ago in UnbalancedMMA trilogies we'll never get, unfortunately
Throughout MMA history the potential of a trilogy is always something us MMA fans salivate for, until they finally happen. GSP V Hughes, Chuck v Randy, Conor vs Dustin, are just a few of the greatest MMA trilogies. Now on the flipside, unfortunately sometimes the trilogies we get don't live up to their potential. Age, timing, lack of interest could all taint a good three-peat. However, more often than not part 3 just never happens. After that, us mma fans are just left to wonder "what-if" we got a part 3? That's where I come in, my incredibly loyal subscribers.

200 episodes already?! By my mental math, that's nearly four years' worth of wrestling episodes. Time sure flies, doesn't it? October 2, 2019, that was the date that the very first episode of AEW Dynamite aired on television. August 2, 2023: that's the date that the show's 200th aired on TBS, and it was amazing. WWE Hall of Famer Rob Van Dam made his appearance on Dynamite to confront the now-villainous FTW Champion Jack Perry, and speaking of champions, we saw World Champion MJF actually bare his soul, call out Adam Cole, and officially sign a title match between the two of them at All In, the upcoming event set to take place at Wembley Stadium in London.
